I'd love to start putting together a proper MvM team to waste ToD tickets with. Like a private group, invitation only. Not just 6 people but people from here actually knowing their way around a proper MvM match and wanting to play every once in a while. Mostly the 2 cities-tour but I'm really up to anything, be it boot camp or a real tour of duty. Anyone else up for this? I mostly play Demo or Soldier, got no experience whatsoever as a Scout or Medic.
You probably know me already, lol. Close to 90 tours on 2cities and usable as everything up to expert tours. Would be up for a LZ group as well even though I mostly play with my private goof&loot squad. Due to free tickets everything somehow organized is better than playing with Mr. and Ms. Gibus at the moment I guess.
We sometimes play a game, with a team of regulars we always win. (I usually go engy) Jelly is medic, then you need a proper scout and the rest is open for debate. (heavy/soldier) but we hang around on teamspeak .
I wish I could play proper MvM for once, but everytime I join a MvM game, I get kicked because I have 0 completed tours... It's a loop...
That's one of the great reason to go on a team of friends to play MvM. You'll get some tours and your backpack will be filled with useless junks in no times Before playing a proper MvM game, I used to play on custom mission that made no sense at all (one wave was only a really tiny spy while another wave was 50 fast-but-very-week tanks) but at least, it helped me to get the basis of MvM.
Same here, I usually play with people like Lefab (constantly), Zeyon and some others who are interested - I mostly join the VsH Server, ending up by asking "Anyone here up for MvM?". I'm sorta low on tours but I know my duty - even though I can't be compared to our great Jelly. I'm awefull as medic so I usually play engie/heavy/scout and from time to time soldier or demo (when Lefab isn't playing with me). To everyone who is interested: Feel free to add me and from time to time (if Gaben didn't eat all my money) I might be up for some tours
I play rather well as any class, (for the exception of support classes) My favourite classes are Heavy and Engineer, both are capable of mowing the entire enemy wave even on their own. I've only played MvM on custom servers and on those noob servers, but I'm always the one who is planning the defence and what classes you need (Although nobody listens) For example on Mannhattan, Engineer and Heavy should pair up next to each other, if there is no skilled Medic. When a giant rapid fire soldier arrives, the Engineer is defenceless, the Heavy can shoot the rockets from midair while shooting the Soldier, unless the medic applies his shield. I'll be adding Snob and Waffle and see if I have time to play MvM soon enought Anybody can ask me to join if you have collected LZ team.
I would...but it's been a while since I played MvM. I played Two Cities as Pyro before they nerfed the waves (due to people whining) Nowadays if they see you as pyro it's an instant kick...
