1. Who are you?

My in-gamename is l4w and I'm 16yo living in the north of Germany. I am currently going to school and I am looking forward to become a flight assisstance or to study economy.

2. Why do you want to become a Lethal-Zone trade admin?

After I got scammed myself, Chride2k8 helped me to get that guy banned. I really appreciate the work you guys are doing for the community and I want to be a part of that! I want to help people who got scammed and I want to get those, who are scamming!

3. In what way can you help us?

I can review reports/appeals and I happily answer questions of the community. Besides that the german community in CS:GO and TF2 is very big and many german players are not speaking fluent english or a too lazy to make appeals/reports in english (as I saw at my friends alot), so I would be able to translate and support.

6. Do you know how to use SteamRep and how to report there?

Yes. Successfully reported a scammer!

7. Are you capable of being a team player and complete tasks when they are given to you?

Either in school/in real life/at work or ingame I have always been a great teamplayer. As a former member of an amateur CSGO team, teamplay is one of my biggest skills!

8. How much time can you "donate" to the admin chores?

Besides exam-time I spent almost all of my spare time online (1,5h - 4h a day). Admin chores would have the highest priority to me! Friday and Saturday I'm online only at night though.

9. Have you got any previous admin experience?

Not really. I only was the admin of our former teamserver.

10. What would you want to specialize/concentrate on? -rep threads, scam reports, appeals, what?

I would love to specialize on scam reports and appeals. Besides that I personally think that the cooperation with the partner communities is very important and I would like to strengthen it!

11. Why should we select you?

It might seem like I am not very experienced, but I am. I read many threads and posts both here and on some partner communities. I would really like to get the admin status and to help other people just like I got helped! I would be very glad about the position and I would put much passion and work into it!

I can understand that you want me to get more experience and I really appreciate your opinion!
In actual trading I have decent experience I would say. I traded my Gut Knife to a Karambit a few weeks ago and I bought some keys via real money trades! I am doing my best to collect experience both here and on Steamrep in the near future.

Yeah I saw the warnings, but I was kinda "hyped" because that was the guy who scammed ME you know, and I felt like the admin didn't really think that way. But I know that I have to Keep back my personal Feelings in the future.
