Because I didn't scam. The agreement was: I go first (giving him 3x $50 steam wallet codes), he uses them and after he used all 3 of them, he trades me the Pin. All of this happened. There was no agreement over keys since I didn't have enough of them to buy the Pin with just keys. He even posted "+REP,sold a guardian elite pin him went first steam wallet code, all smoosh, nice trader!" on my profile after the deal was completed. Check Attached File.
I'll review this when I have some time in the next day or so. Please upload any relevant evidence so we can skip me asking for it.
All the evidence was provided by the accuser in this original post except for the fact that the trade was 100% concluded and he even asked me to +rep him (and he would in return +rep me).
"Pending Tag" means the evidence had been reviewed by a Trade Admin, and the report is awaiting the Head Trade Admin to tag the accused on SteamRep. As the report was submitted by a Trade Admin, there was nothing further to review. Therefore, the Head Trade Admin simply had to tag you. Your screenshot of the chat must be uncropped and unedited. It doesn't bode well for you to hide the last bit of chat, especially since the full version was submitted in the original report. While I don't have any solid evidence of this, I remember checking out your profile when the report came up. There were 2 -Rep comments immediately after the +Rep, and there was a comment by Gentleman, the Trade Admin that submitted the report against you here and a moderator of CS:GORep, stating that you were banned from the group. I'll need to get Gentleman to confirm on that matter. Just my 2 cents on the matter; best of luck in your appeal. EDIT: I personally contacted the victim and got their confirmation that the -Rep comments were indeed deleted by the accused.
I cut the screenshot because thats how Sunday ended for me. The rest of the conversation was on Monday and I didn't see it untill this morning (I was offline). I did indeed delete -rep comments this morning but I didnt read them so I have no idea what they said .. (I get those regularly being a pro cs:go player from people who think I cheat/get boosted). I apologize if those -rep comments were about this conflict. If anyone has screenshots of them, could you please post them. (I was indeed kicked from the CS:GORep Steam Group) So basicly, I went to sleep with a mutual +rep comment on eachother profile and woke up with a LZ-Trade ban. *Attached an uncut screenshot* Notice the times.
You deleted the -rep comment that P51D wrote on your profile after you cancelled your payment. @a514n and I both noticed. The report clearly shows chat evidence and trade history evidence of you failing to pay for keys. Appeal denied.
