Yeah, I asked many, many unusual hats traders, and everybody said it's like 7-9 buds worth. It is my first unusual hat and I unboxed it "unintentionally" So it is something very special for me :3
7 buds should be doable if your patient or just lucky somebody wants to get this hat fast. Its a good thing that you unboxed it yourself since there are some duped ones of this hat + effect which reduces the price. Most offers i see on this hat are about 6-6.5 buds + sweets. So again, if youre patient you should be able to get 7 buds (or really close at least) and if you are in somewhat of a hurry to sell it you could probably quicksell it for 6-6.5 buds. Good luck!

I think 6 buds is a better price, because I hope for you more people want it so you can luckily get 6.5 or even 7 buds. Just play smart!
