I always check everything, google is my friend, so I found for example this which pretty well explains how "rare and valuable" the beta key is -> http://www.gamerevolution.com/manifesto ... rall-18545 He claims that he got an offer for a tradable copy of Far Cry 3 (which is today ~11-13TF2 keys) but he didn't take the offer, he wanted to wait for my offer. I asked what kind of value he holds on the beta key and he said $15-$35 or 5-7TF2 keys (and that doesn't add up as anyone can see). Also, the guy joined steam in Jan. 2013 and said that he has been trading for a few months which would mean that this is an alt however based on how many games he has I would guess that he is just a stupid scammer. I just love to see people like them trying to scam, the bad part is that the account seems to "scam alt" so he could have a main and get away with it. (if he would somehow succeed on scamming someone)
Oh, but we will catch them. We got a scammer with a lot of alts, but he had the same IP address everytime.
True that however if the users have logged on to any other trade sites when he has been using the IP that we got then there might be a slight chance that more of his alts can be found.
