Upon downloading said file (it was the only listing in google I SHOULD HAVE KNOWN BETTER *SOB*) my steam crashed saying "it could not update while steam was running". Upon clicking the desktop steam icon I was prompted with the login screen, I entered my details and nothing happened which is when I realised I'd been tricked (further checking I found the "ventrilo-voice" was just a trojan which replaced steam.exe with a dummy login which I guess sent my user/pass to another server. Shortly after I began getting email notifications of market sales of my items (will attach screen shots of their fire sale! although typical Market trades aren't timestamped!), I had steam guard enabled and recieved a notification from steam about an unauthorised login attempt which I will also screen shot. I was paranoid about logging in and changing the password on my current computer (at that point I was unaware what i had installed) so I went on my tablet and reset my password via that, when I logged in said person still had me on their friends list so I reported them/screenshotted the chat window with their instructions on my tablet before deleting and blocking them. By which time they'd already sold my knife, most of my semi valuable stat trak guns and then bought a crummy ump45 indigo for £39 I assume off of another scam account or a friend to recoup their cash. The last item I sold myself on the market was the Negev just underneath my rust coat knife they sold cheap. (capturetrade3.jpg) Jackpot.jpg is an alt account/friend who had listed a 50p ump45 indigo for £39 which they then bought after selling my goods. I still have the exe file and reverse looked up the ventrilo-voice . com domain name (where i downloaded the software) which directed me back to a server in Moscow. If theres anything else I can provide which I haven't send an email (i don't mind)
I've attached this one as I found via the power of google searching for the perps name (she has a link to her IG account on there) there are 2 Kitty accounts with the same person in the profile image and whilst the kitty accounts aren't friends with one another they all have mutual friends which would suggest it is the same person/s.
