    So how it workes: He needed to be middleman, I wanted to give a Militia pin to this girl. I talked with her and with him in "group chat" and when I gived him the code he blocked me (and her too).

    Sadly there's nothing that we can do, all the evidence needs to be completely "clean". However I added a note about this on his profile so the next time he gets involved in something it will be way easier to judge him.
