Impersonating other users who are not SteamRep Community Admins or official Middlemen (Green Shield tagged) will need to have clear intentions to scam / defraud like using other user's reputation thread, linking to their account and stating it's a "vault/storage" account or similar. But to properly report impersonators who are impersonating SteamRep Community Admins or Middlemen you will need to provide steam name + avatar that matches to the impersonated user.
I will provide the necessary evidence here to this report for now so you can understand this, feel free to PM me on the forums if you have any questions.
