    Description:
    Andrew Seems to be a active scammer that probably has the intent of scamming. How he notes "+rep the steam wallet codes are real!" Makes me think he may give dud Steam Wallet Codes and trick some kids into going first. I decided to make a report on this level 20. ( He is Rep Farming )
