Important Lethal.Zone investigation policies

Here's what we do, what we accept and what we don't accept. If your report falls in to some of the accepted categories then we will do our best to get to the bottom of it all. However if your report falls one of the categories which we don't investigate then the report will be labeled as "INVALID" and closed. Make sure to fill in all the details and include screenshots.

We do not take over reports that are posted on SteamRep unless they were originally posted more than 30 days ago. The same goes for reports on other communities, if you have posted the same report on an other community then we won't handle your report here.

We investigate

• Money scams.
• Item scams.
• Game scams (even some game code scams if there's enough evidence).
• Fake middleman scams.
• Impersonations.
• Gambling agreements (spycrabs, rps etc.)
• Other attempted scams.
• Manual phishers (for example fake teamspeak etc).
• CSGO pin scams (if there's enough evidence).
• Brokering for scammers

We do not investigate

• Phishs bots
• Account scams
• Other scams that are outside of the steam trade system (with money trades and some game codes as an exception).
• Trading with scammers

Note that personal details will be handled with caution and no personal details will be shared with the public. If there's some screenshots or evidence you don't want the public to see then just contact and admin or a moderator.
