Wierd because I really don't have the cheapest keys on OP and in addition to that the guy didn't even try to drag the unusuals b/o down or anything. Anyways the first guy (scammer 1) didn't have any pending reports and a pretty legit profile to be honest (probably hacked/hijacked). The guy sent the money but then all of a sudden he couldn't trade, the 7day steam guard kicked in so he told me to trade the items to an other account. Some one added me and that guy had pending reports with the same sort of description, chargeback scam. Refunded the money and blocked them both. if one cannot trade its for a reason, any "replacement" will be of the same "reputation".... really, if one cannot trade... what are ppl thinking to start trading the "goods" to a alt account....
Exactly, my case with no trading was an exception, usually when anything like that comes up then it's a scam...but as long as they get their tags then I'm all good :] ..."scammer 1" can appeal then at some point if (and when) the account rly was hacked...
