    Description: (provided by the translator)
So the Victim (Seunghyunssi) saw a post at the trading site tf2outpost. Some one was searching Keys for 1,30$ each and the scammer (no Sound) anwsered to this post. So the Victim saw his post and added him, beacuse he also wanted to buy tf2 keys for 1,3 $ each. After The Victim added the scammer they figured the following deal out: 30 TF2 Keys for 39$ + fee. After the victim sended him the money he said to him that he can't trade with him that he will relog so he went offline. After the scammer come online he said: " still not working, maybe u have to relog too" so the Victim went offline and come online again (restarted steam). After the Victim went online again he saw that the scammer already deleted him from his friendlist and blocked him.

    Notes: (provided by me)
The original chat and agreement is missing however the scammer has me in his friendlist already (which is also the way that the victim found me) so I decided to get some myself. I started off by saying that we traded but I forgot to rep (when I said it had profile commenting disabled) and he instantly begged me to rep him but I went for something else...his name stated that he sells keys so I started to ask about that so was supposed to bou 30keys for $39 but I told him that I only had just under $40 on my paypal account and that I had to check that I could cover the fees. By this I got him to provide his e-mail to me.
He said that he was out of stock but that I would have to send him the money and then he would call (over the phone) to his friend so that he would come online and give keys, now that smells like a scam from miles away... but I went with it. I tried to get him to say who his friend was but he refused, he just said that they were IRL friends...I took screenshots of his friendlist and all are added in April this year so based on that I think it's somewhat safe to say that the "friend" was a big fat lie.
I even got him to join our (LZ) trade server so that I would get his IP at which point I basically told him that I knew about the scam.
