Why should should the tag get removed?
I got an invite from a user who went by the name "Shotsify". This add was for a design (profile picture to be precise). He sent me payment and then started talking about his group. It went by the name of CSGO CASH REP. I thought that it was a bit fishy as there was already an official one but I was told that this one was just for CSGO-based cash rep and I just blew it off without any suspicion. He then asked if I wanted to be a moderator and I agreed (not knowing that this was a scamming group). I posted a cash rep thread (in which I never got any cash rep) but as soon as I saw that I got a steamrep ban and talked to Chride about why, I deleted the thread. I am still in the group incase you need any screenshots from it (like the group history for example).

 

May I just mention that I think that Shotsify added me from my current steamgroup, Sektor's Screenshot Service.

Steel Cucumber is just an account I use to smurf, my silver account. PayPal Key Bot is just a bot that me and a friend have been making that uses Steam API, and in the future PayPal's API (once we find it) and it would be used for the safe buying/selling of keys (currently only selling). You can test it out by adding it if you want, it is all fully automated. Trade Bot #13 is the account I was using (along with Steel Cucumber) for a site I was/am starting up by the name of CS:GO Golde. Just using it to test though, Won't be an official bot once it's up.

 

I also think it would be worth to mention that Trade Bot #13 is called "Trade Bot #13" not CS:GO Golde Bot because I was going to use it for another project similair to the PayPal Key Bot using Steam API and Bitskins API to automate trades for profit.

 

There was a time a while ago when I had farmed reputation, also semi-recently (around the time of this steamgroup) I created a rep4rep thread on another group however I had deleted my thread before there were any comments made as it would have been deemed fraudulent. Shotsify had asked me to create that rep thread.

 

A few days after the steamrep incident I changed all of the rep threads to scammer tags etc, showing them off as scammers, then locking them, however I had a few adds from people who said they thought it was a legit group or something among those lines? They showed me proof that they weren't using it for scamming and it gave me the idea to just have it as a legit, but alternate rep group (that can be used for purposes where the original group can't be used). For example if someone is maintaining a bot and wants to have a rep thread for that, or if someone was wrongly banned. I have stated clearly in the group description that it is not the official group and if one does not want to trust the reputation within the group, that is justifiable.

"Before you think that this is a fake reputation group, don't come straight to that conclusion. Even though this isn't the official Cash Rep group, this is legit. It is made for the people who were wrongfully banned on the official group or want to create a reputation thread that wouldn't be allowed on the official group (for instance if they are maintaining a bot and want a reputation thread for it) but still want to create a cash rep, however don't think that is an excuse to create a thread and farm fake reputation on it. We will be verifying that the reputation in your threads are legit. If you don't want to trust the reputation within this group, you have all reason not to. This is just an alternate to the official group."
