    Description:
    He wants to trade his m9 Tiger tooth for a "rare" steam backround (around 65€ market price). Obviously an alt or a friend of him set it so someone buys it for 65€ to trade it for the m9 (which will never happen). But it's just to get 65€ for a backround worth less than 5€, without trading the m9 at the end! Seeing this everytime in on CSGL and decided to report it finally.
