I found this comment on my profile this morning (still there, you can check it if you want):

Hello. I have recently been playing TF2, and today out of the box had the unusual hat. Check please, it is worth something or bad?

Lvl 0 steam community lvl and even the user was in my friendlist, his profile was private to me. I immediately found this link suspicious and scouted the web for similar cases, but haven't found any and I haven't seen any other of these comments appear elsewhere. The website provided in the link (screen4you.us) proves to be nonexistent by google (.net does exist!). Due to being short on time I will report this user later today.
If this really is a new scamming method (which pretty much looks like it), users need to be warned about it. New and/or young users with a desire for fancyshmancy stuff in tf2 would be eager to click it as they'd think it would get them unusual stuff at a cheap price.

    Any update will follow.

Its a direct link to a virus/malware/something nasty (download prompt appears when you open the link)
Though the file extension of download is scr (screensaver), it is really an exe (screensavers are just just programs with a different extension; they run just the same)
    So yh, scam

Yes, indeed a scam, got a similar report from an other guy even tho he didn't have any screenshots nor anything (still working on that). Basically the scammer takes control of your computer and trades the items to himself. Sadly tho I would say that that's just a "burner account".
All that can be done is warn others and block the user(s).
