Appeal for LZ-TRADE CAUTION User: 76561197971767002 (skoLL) Appeal Plea: I committed some/all offence(s) listed, but they were minor or I disagree with LZ/SR policy. Appeal Reason: [Process] Severity - Severity of ban is higher than policy recommends Victim Repayment: No, I committed no fraud or had no direct victims Previous appeals: No, this is my first appeal here Alternate Accounts: Appeal: Hello, As I'm not a trader, I was planning to wait the 90 days to make a change of heart appeal, as the caution tag doesn't have a great effect on me other than making me seem (unfairly?) suspicious when my profile is inspected on a browser with the use of Enhanced Steam. After being reported here, however, having recently consulted your investigation policies, I came across this point: Fake cash (or other high risk trade) reputation This is the only issue which is handled relating to 'farming reputation', my offence. I would like to bring it to your attention that not a single 'farmed' comment makes any reference to trade, albeit "high risk trade" such as fake cash trading rep. I am uncertain whether this is grounds enough to remove the tag, as is your prerogative to decide, however I would greatly appreciated if this were possible. Additionally, if it's any consolation, or would demonstrate a sincere 'change of heart' (although I would like to stress that is not the foundation of this appeal) I also plan to donate to SteamRep, purely because I like what the service does and would like to help perpetuate the good work done by the service. Thanks, Joe n.b. feel free to contact me via Steam if you would like any further information.
That document is slightly out of date. It was written before we started applying caution tags for these offences. I will ensure it is updated to be more clear. Additionally, that point is an example of something we would apply a full BANNED BY tag for, as you said you are not 100% committing that offence and hence you were only issued with a caution.
