Are there separate vars for melee and ranged crits?

    I don't like ranged crits, while I recognize that melee weapons should have them. A lot of melee weapons are balanced around having or not having random crits. Take the new katana sword. It's a sidegrade to eyelander, claymore thanks to its random critting. Take crits away and it is a useless piece of junk.

    Is it possible to implement smth like this server side?

    But targe crits are not RANDOM, and the solly cant use the targe ^^

    soldier has the equalizer with a HUGE ammount of DPS, thats why i think random crits are getting more and more useless and anoying... every class has some way to produce crits... and a uberd heavy + random crits??? that's just insane bullshit. but ontopic there's only 1 cvar for random criticals and that's tf_weapon_criticals
