Was that kicking and punching really necessary at the end though? Could have just just cuff him and drag him off to prison and then poison his daily meal. done and you're not looking like a fool doing silly kicks on youtube.

Be he criminal or not, he is still a human being. He surrendered instantly... They shouldn't have kicked/punched him; immobilizing him was enough.

Well if its all real, and that was someone you know and care about, then yeah I doubt you'd just stand there.

 

Can't watch the video anymore, so bear with me, but I'd assume that those who took him down were security people? They should be trained enough not to kick someone after he surrendered.

Well as I see it, the security took him down, but then people from the audience and I guess people from that guys party started attaking him, which is clearly not right but in some ways understandable. You can see that some guys are trying to hold people back, but that there are just to many who wanted to beat the crap out off him.

 

Ah, then it was, at least, not security peeps beating him. Not the right thing to do obv, but, eh, kind of understandable.
