Hey Guys, Just thought i'd drop in and introduce Lethal-zone's new Partner: FragFM. FragFM is a online radio station aimed at the gaming community. Providing music in and out of game for gamers. We've been growing strong since our first launch in 2006. Some of you maybe old listeners who lost the station when it first closed , but we are back and running Now. You can listen to FragFM on all the Lethal-zone TF2 and CSS Gameservers simply by typing !radio ingame to turn it on or off. Any questions feel free to reply and i'll answer them asap Checkout our website: http://fragfm.co.uk / http://www.fragfm.co.uk Max
Oi Max! Thanks for the post Have to add: you can even do a songrequest when there's a dj on the air by typing !request <songname> so for instance: !request lady gaga pokerface ... Works really well
or "!request Doelwit i'm the man hehe" think it's verry good on the prophuntserver (and the rest to ofcourse)
ingame music, i dont mind ingame music, my problem is always that i have to tune the sound of the game , then the sound of people talking (making sure i hear them when there is a lot of shooting) and then some music.. has to be on the background then , can you adjust this in tf2 as "music" ?
yes, it pops up a direct screen to the fragfm player page which includes the musicplayer plugin with a nice volumefader. So it's easy to adjust the volume
I like it Also like this Also added our servers here: http://fragfm.co.uk/enabled Now let's wait until they show up there. Soon I hope.
+1 fan of ingame radio! Mostly good music, just not always. But hey, as radio station you have to get along with everybodys taste, right?
When there is music it's almost always good, but omg sometimes a half an hour can pass without a single song! only some guys talking and stuff that sucks!
Question: How is the request option working? Could you give an example of how to make a proper request? What are the odds it actually gets played? In what timeframe? Like FragFM most of the time and when the music suxx.. !radiooff does its job very well
we should have a second option for a radiostation, i dont cear if its english or dutch but then we can have 2 styles... (frag fm is mostly rock and pop and all that stuff) so the other one should be with less talking and other music styles
Hang on... How does this work? I was playing yesterday and I had the radio on, a heavy nailing his bullets at someone and a guy trying to talk to me on the headset. I was like ARGHH so had to turn the radio off and move somewhere else... I didnt see any volume bar anywhere?
when you type !radio and then press 1, you will open a screen where you have to press OK, on that screen is the information about the song and the mediaplayer of fragfm, there you can slide the volume bar.
