    Entertaining 7/10
All in all a nice watch, try to refrain from pub footage next time, but they where the lethal pubs after all.
    Also no shoutouts :(

    Tips:
The first bit of music doesn't really fit the flow of tf2. The second one was great though.
The bit with dustbowl was most of the time just spam. And went on way too long imo. If you have long sequences try to speed up the boring parts.
    Please refrain from using Fraps.
Some bits where really dark, try to lighten it up a bit.

The last point defense with the pyro on bads was great, I remember that one ;)
And why did you have too capture this damn stuff the one time I was medic in a PCW.

Hehe ye next time I'll put some shoutouts etc in it, and try to focus on more good frags than long killing spree's like the one on dustbowl, but I wanted it to get done and I didn't capture a lot of soldier, so I've put that in. I couldn't really set the light good, tried it, made it a bit brighter but still not bright enough. If I made it more bright you couldn't even see who I killed in the upper right.
I picked the first song because I know one guy of the band, an because It has a great intro. You're right that it doesn't really fit to TF2. :p

    I got fragged. X(

Well... my two cents about the video...
Well it's pretty good for a first fragvideo. Give yourself a pat on the back for that. But like pS. said pub footage is for most cases not the best pick, even though it had some nice frags in it.
The first song wasn't in my opinion no that bad... it's at least better than yet another Pendulum track (seriously, what's the matter with people using Pendelum tracks in their fragvideos?)

The video quality is horrible though. Honestly... what the hell did you do to rape that footage so badly? Put it through Windows Movie Maker? Plus the Fraps watermark and the random Steam-pop ups telling that [Rasta] Hupe is playing Team Fortress 2 doesn't make it any better. (Getting a registered version of Fraps isn't that hard and putting yourself offline on Steam Friends before recording is even easier.)
What software did you use to make this? Sony Vegas? VirtualDub?
What specs did you use? Resolution? Framerate? Codec?

    And use what instead?

Steam has a build in way of recording demo's. With that you can tell tf2 to save it as a "slideshow" of pictures. Virtualdub will make a movie out of those slides again.
More info can be found here
    http://www.tf2wiki.net/wiki/Help:Recording_demos

Pendulum sorta has a flow wich goes nicely with tf2. Same can be said for The Prodigy, Sub-Focus and others.
Rock etc. doesn't go aswell with tf2 as it does with CS.

Hmm yea the original video (which I first wanted to upload) was good quality, but it was 1,8GB big. So I compressed it with DivX codec on most high settings (highest quality), but still got this quality. But this one was 300mb so that didn't took that long to upload, just about 2 hours for me.
Btw it was taking a loooong time for me to find something to compress a video that actually works without getting just 5 pixels, and after lots of hours finding and doing I managed to make this one, and was sick of it to find any better so uploaded it.

Use a movie config to remove the hud, balance audio, music is way too loud compared to gunshots, since you tried to sync the frags with the music you should let us hear the gunshots more clearly aswell.
The video is a bit slow paced, because there's too many footage of running around and missing/hitting but not killing people.
You could try adding some subtle effects with Sony Vegas (if you know how to use it) to put more emphasis on certain frags, be creative but don't overdo it.
