Things like this annoy me. Keep up with the times or come up with something better.

Guess that means all the other free map providers like Bing, yahoo, OSM have a lawsuit heading their way. <_<

Absolute bullshit, hope Google win the appeal.

Under this logic actual map seller companies could lawsuit free map providers. Now funny thing is, you get many services on the internet that would cost money on other places.. such as:

-Information providers (google, wiki) vs. phone services that asnwer your questions directly
-Online dictionaries vs. actual dictionaries bought from the store
-Further online information vs. school books (there's nothing the wiki doesnt have that school books have)
-Online help/support vs. fixers (if you're more of a do-it-yourself person, you can fix the plumbing/heating or your broken washing machine)
-Certain online purchases that may only cost you far less even with shipping than actually buying it from a store.

And the list could possibly go on.
