So, i found this guy named JenYa DE GeVer#selling/buying and it first started out him wanting to buy my ak 47 vulcan mw and i told him i was not comfortable going first since it was my brothers money that had bought that skin. So then we discussed and i looked at his rep thread on csgorep steam group and it had a decent amount of reps and he was a high level steam member so i had to go first in any trade since he was a higher level and had more cashrep (since im new to this and it was my first cash trade) then me. He offered to buy 4 keys via paypal off of me before we do the trade for the ak so i can trust him. so i risked it and went first and sold him 4 keys for paypal. he paid me $8. then a few hours later he wanted to buy the ak so we talked about it and i went first and then he blocked me and then he also removed his +rep on my cash rep thread and never paid me. His steam account (PLEASE REPORT): http://steamcommunity.com/profiles/76561198090655805/ Trade 1 screenshots (in order): http://prntscr.com/apgziw http://prntscr.com/apgznz Trade 2 screenshots (in order): http://prntscr.com/apgzw6 http://prntscr.com/aph065 (no payment, also I sent the money to my brother paypal account just incase if he refunded but he didnt so i sent the money back) http://prntscr.com/aph0g9
Hello @Andrew (Aroz) , Please upload all the screenshots to the forums using the "Upload a File" button. You will have 7 days to do this. In future, I request you use SteamRep ID Blocks to identify yourself and the accused (scammer). Here is his for reference: | steamname: JenYa DE GeVer#selling/buying | steam3ID: [U:1:130390077] | steamID32: STEAM_0:1:65195038 | steamID64: http://steamcommunity.com/profiles/76561198090655805 | customURL: http://steamcommunity.com/id/jenyagever | steamrep: http://steamrep.com/profiles/76561198090655805
Hello @Andrew (Aroz) , To continue with this report I need the following: -screenshot(s) of the full chat, the ones you've provided me with are not the full chat. -screenshot(s) of your PayPal activity, going back 1 month from the date of the scam and showing all transactions up until now. -screenshot(s) of your inventory history, showing 1 trade from the day before the scam, up until now. With overlapping trades. If you don't have all the screenshots, just provide the ones you do have and I'll work from there. Remember: -all screenshots should be taken from the Steam client where possible. -when taking screenshots from the Client, the URL bar should be enabled. -all screenshots should not be edited in any way (blanking out of your account name is OK). -all screenshots should not be cropped in any way. -all screenshots should be upload directly to the forums using the "Upload a File" button. If you believe any of the evidence you are providing should not be publicly displayed, then please PC me with the evidence and a link to this report. You'll have 7 days to provide the expected evidence, thanks.
how am i supposed to get the full conversation when hes blocked and removed me? and when steam removes conversations after you close it
Hi, Please carefully read what I've said, it appears you haven't done that. It quite clearly says that if you don't have all the screenshots just provide the ones you do have and I'll continue from there. I always ask for the rest of the chat if its missing; you could have forgot to upload it, you could still have it on your Steam phone app (phone app saves ALL conversation for quite a long time).
Not the ones I've asked for with the set requirements, once again I ask you to read what I posted. I'll reiterate exactly what I've asked for and bold the things that are relevant to you, and cross out those that are not. To continue with this report I need the following: -screenshot(s) of the full chat, the ones you've provided me with are not the full chat. -screenshot(s) of your PayPal activity, going back 1 month from the date of the scam and showing all transactions up until now. -screenshot(s) of your inventory history, showing 1 trade from the day before the scam, up until now. They should be showing the full window. -all screenshots should be upload directly to the forums using the "Upload a File" button. Thanks!
No. You have edited the screenshots. Please provide them without any drawings/lines/circling/marking on them at all, the only thing that is acceptable is the blanking out of your Steam account name. You also haven't provided me with all your inventory history from the day before the scam up until now.
You cannot do that. I never "clearly" said that; I said that blanking out of your account name is OK, that refers to your Steam accounts login name (not display name!). I need that screenshot with all the names shown. We are not Valve, we cannot return your items. If this report is accepted the accused will receive a BANNED BY LZ-TRADE tag on their SteamRep profile, preventing them from accessing many, many community websites and servers such as CSGOLounge. However, repayment is required if they wish to appeal their ban.
