    What?
    Keltsu and me had the idea to fill a private, passworded LZ server, with players who will each use a Pile Of Present. That way everyone participating with a Pile Of Present will recieve lots of items in a short period. I've discussed this with Doelwit and he agread and asked me to post this on the forums.

    When and Where?
    The Pile Of Presents will be used shortly after 20.00 ( when a new map has been loaded, the timelimit will most likely be set on 1 hour ) If you are participating, you will recieve a PM on these forums with the server IP and password an hour before the event, so 19.00.

    Good idea, I'm ready for it. Just need to buy Pile of Presents, but its not a problem :)

    We'll setup a server for this event, just give us info on how and what exactly is needed ( assume standard server?)

    I was thinking of allowing 24 players ( if we get that many )so a standard 24 slot passworded server where the timelimit is set on 60 min. Ill get in touch on steam when i'm not at my work. Thank you!

    Just a little note: We should make sure that, before we use the presents, everyone who's participating is actually in the server, cause for some people it takes ages to load a new map.

    Thats why i'll send the ip and psw an hour before the event so players have enough time to connect to the server. Once its full with all ppl in this thread, we'll all use it at the same time. If someone doesnt show up in time we will wait a few minutes but we won't be waiting to long aswell, so the clue is to connect whenever you can and pass the time playing your favorite game :)

    I don't mind the blue warserver getting used for this. it has 24 slots and is password protected. and I won't be playing a war that evening so that all my players could join the fun.

    What is this I dont even...

    So it doesn't matter if you dont have the pile of presents and there are no 24 people with that item? :p
    Or don't you have any chance getting items if you don't have that item anyway? :?

    Oh, that explains it. :D

    Well, see, one of the items you can buy in the ingame TF2 store is a so called 'Pile of Presents'. (For 19.99€ I think). If you use this item, every user on the server, (up to 23 users), will get a random item.
    And now tatum and Keltsu had the idea, that, on the 30. October, some people would meet on a private server, and all of them would activate one of these Pile of Presents. So, if they get 24 people for this event, everyone would get 23 random items.
