help! its so frustrating!!

    i had a cold 2 weeks ago, in that period my left ear has popped...
    its the same feeling when ure comming out of an airplane!
    any one of u got some suggestions how to fix this, becouse i got it a week now and its driving me crazy!
    all help is welcome! :p

    try to hold ur nose closed and shut ur mouth and then do as if u where breathing out. its a technique divers use for pressure comensation when they dive...

    neus staat in verband met oor, dus zulke dingen kunnen gebeuren als je verkouden bent. Tis alleen niet goed dat je het nu al een week hebt. Ze zeggen dat je heel hard moet niezen met je neus dicht (dus de manier waarop je eigenlijk niet mag niezen). Zo niet dan... go to christina:

    although you just give yourself a radical solution to your problem,
    you won't be having problems with you ears ever again



    (Trivia : Mr. Colt had a house with a great labyrint in it , cuz he was affraid of all the people killed by his gun, so they would be lost in his house :p)

    normally if i have that problem, i spread my mouth the farest i can and most of the time my ear 'pops' then...
    if it doesn't work the first time, i try again for a couple of times..

    Sam, I had that some years back. The doctor gave me some ear drops to relax the ear-drum. It worked within 48 hours. If you can't get a dutch doctor to prescribe you something, come to Belgium (Dutch doctors are renouwned for not liking to give medicine).
