How to dye a Hero's Tail?

    Yo guyz,

    i recently got a Hero's Tail and its not painted yet. According to the wiki (<a class="postlink" href="http://wiki.teamfortress.com/wiki/Heros_tail" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;">http://wiki.teamfortress.com/wiki/Heros_tail</a>) there are 2 panting variants. - pigmentation lost / gained.

    So can anyone tell me how to paint it effectively (pigmention gained) ?

    You need to open your Backpack, highlight the Hero's Tail and press the "Set Style" button. Select "Pigmentation Gained" from the choices, and the full-colour version will be the one that appears for you.
    This should work both before and after painting it.

    You can switch between styles whenever you want.
