Couldn't tell the difference. But still 60 is better than 30. LoL is unplayable with 30fps, that's all I know haha.
I might not notice it here, but I definitely notice it in game. And perhaps this is my extreme noobiness, but I find it weird that the two guys can have different fps's within 1 image. Would have preferred two pictures with a small white line between them.
Bad comparing tbh. This is just one character doing the same sort of motions... In film the difference is huge, and HFR looks beatiful tbh. Anyone seen The Hobbit in HFR? I sure did, twice. In shots that don't have much motion you might not be able to see it, but film makers will be able to make much more advanced shots and pans. Next to that HFR will be much sharper because you don't need as much motion blur to make the motion look smooth. I've tried it with frag movies several times, but currently it's not really paying off because 99% watches on YouTube and that is still limited to 30fps. Got a few 60 fps downloads here: http://fakkelbrigade.eu/luke/ Compare them to the lower frame rate by watching them on youtube. Edit: try Merry Meatshots. Top10s and some other ones are 30fps.... Compare http://fakkelbrigade.eu/luke/Merry%20Me ... %2060p.mp4 to this: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=AA4TZxKr9b8
I saw 'm, more "instances" in fast moving parts of it. Where the low fps had less positions in fast moving parts. And about the game needing 60 FPS in LoL, that has also to do with processing power per "frame". If having a high need to do image processing then there is not much left to the game engine to progress well.
