OK here are my 2 cents:

Out of the three I would definitely go for the Leon (whatever you do NEVER go for Rover) and then make sure you have it serviced regularly at an independent (but good) garage.

HOWEVER... what is your budget? The reason I ask is that it might be better for you to buy something else. I am thinking here of the resale value. These 3 cars loose their value quite quickly. If you go for something like a Golf it is a bit more expensive to buy but keeps its value better.

If you have a good budget I have an absolutely fab car for sale. (But you will need 21K!).

 

I would go for the Seat, but it's a diesel, do you drive that much miles/kilometers a year that that is an option?

Indeed, Don't get the Rover, the are no longer amongst the living, although its 90% a Honda Civic, which I realy like and love.

Never been much of an Opel fan... so won't comment on that one..

mmh, i also would go for the leon.. but i have an opel corsa 1.7TDi and i love it
i got my big rims, makes me stick on the road.. and i have to say i feel pretty save in it... i've got ABS, ESP and 8 airbags in that little car
and to take away the ugly diesel noice, i installed another air-filter.. and to finish the shit, i installed a 1800W amp and a 40" Kicker subwoofer.. the rest of my speakers is Bose, commes standard with the car
