I need someone that can help me, i know there's got to be at least one guy on this forum that knows even just a little bit about SFM, and just a little bit would be more than what i know.

I used the tutorials on youtube, created by the SFM team or whoever made them, so i go to add a model and it get's placed, but when i select it nothing happens, at all, and i can't change anything, can't move the model around, can't rotate it, can't move limbs, nothing.

attatched a screenshot of SFM after i've added a soldier and selected him, so you can see more clearly what's wrong.

Any help would be greatly appreciated!

You have to go into the scene / graph editor or whatever it's called. Under the text "timeline" you'll see 3 buttons, the middle yellowish one gets you there. From there you can tweak models that you imported. Hold shift (or ctrl, cant remember) to select one of the bones or anchor points and click them to select / adjust them. ;)
