if everyone has this problem then its the skins we have installed..

if its just your problem then delete the dir models and materials in your cstrike dir.

this means that your skins isnt the same as on the server.. that's why you get a error!

 

<steamdir>/counterstrike source/cstrike/*

 

* means that there is the dir of material and models
