insurances

    insurance companies should be systematicly and ritually burned at the stake!

    I was in a car accident in november (nto my fault, car totalled :( ) and i am STILL waiting for a large sum of money.
    There are so many companies involved for 1 case, thats i have no clue who to call anymore and which policy numbers or case numbers go with which company...
    And to make matters worse... they LOST a letter from me with a bill in it from the garage.... so now they cant pay that bill for me and the garage is starting to complain to me!...

    All that while it wasnt even my fault!!!

    Ive put so much energy and time into this (called almost 3-4x a week to make sure everyone got the facts straight'and that i got a decent refund for my "wreck" etc..) that i've basicly done it all by myself...
    U'd think that people could just do their work and handle this without the customer having to worry and checkup every day!!
    I'm paying enough for their "service" as it is.... for something thats required by law, they do a fawked up crappy job!!

    Sorry to hear BUT learn 1 lesson from it, NEVER send the original bill's without having acopy.

    yeah, they're sending it... but its still 3-4 weeks behind schedule...
