i'm a bit demotivated right now... my bitch-ass bosses apperantly decided thursday-evening that i supposed to "work to slow" for more then 2 years that i've worked there :shock:
so friday-evening(after a day 13.5h workday) we(me and my teammate) still had to come to my bureau.. there arrived they took me to a sepparate room broke the good news to me.. bastards!!!

so i you could encourage me a bit, it would help.. it's like they shovved me in a whole or something :cry:

 

nah i think hese sayin he got laid off.. sorreh to hear that Johnny but i'm sure you'l find new shit fast, i dont know too many people willing to work 13hrs a day :shock:
hell i dont think i even work the normal 8 even tho i get payed for that :lol:
i'l probably join ya in a month or 2 as the economy is goin to shits

hey guys, really thx for a the big support.. i really needed that...

i am/was electricien guus, so i'll propably searching for a new job in that sector, but i don't really know for sure.. still thinking about it..

and Killvion, normally i have to get at least €3000... because they must pay out my vacation-money and my new years-bonus.. but we'll see, cause i think they're gonna try to rip me off... but wednesday i'm going to my union to clear everything out..

 

yeah, but in belgium they kick ass if you already a member for about 4 years + de "socialists" kick ass!!

when they don't pay me, i tell my union and they call in the "RVA"... and when my company gets a angry letter from the RVA, there poop-holes are gonna open and close reaal fast
cause in belgium the RVA works with high-priced lawyers 8)

 

You still have a couple of weeks notice, now do completly NOTHING

 

or get a stupid temp job and get a double payment... sounds a bit better in my opinnion

Good luck with whatever you decide Johnny. It's always tough when you get sacked. On the other hand, isn't there a shortage of electricians? I know it's not easy to find good ones. If you are good at your job, why not start up on your own?
