This made me laugh (maybe also because of the priceless Belgian accent :p ).
Also these guys are really bad at it, I often text while driving and I'm still alive... just use the times you're not moving for this :] .

I hate it when people use their phone when driving. Me and my mates have also been on the motorway and came up to someone next to us driving. We took a picture, and then took a picture of the number plate. Scared the shit out of the guy.

Especially people who think its cool to do it.

Successful provocation ! :D I only do it at redlights ;) . However, I almost died because of tweaking my GPS recently, and as far as I know using your GPS is absolutely not forbidden... :doubt:

I must admit I have the urge to watch when I hear the text, urgent things I return when waiting at red light....

et pourquoi et c'est si drôle? "J'ai 'nonante-neuf' problème, mais pas un défaut de prononciation nondidju "

Would fall under "driving without due care and attention", at least in the UK. If you have to make a change, pullover i wouldn't risk doing otherwise.

Here in NL it is forbidden. The software should have interaction disabled above a certain speed (20km/h or some, which is still stupid, cos the slow driving is the most risks).
