Greetings Lethal Zone. Some of you already know, but thought I'd let you all know that next week sunday I'll be leaving. Where you ask? I'm getting a life. That's right... after 1 year of no job in catering I had enough, and the oppurtunity has come for me to move out. I'm going to England, rent myself a place, get my official papers and get a job, next to that I'll be getting my social and love life going as well. Yay for me. So after the 8th of july I'll be gone... how long I have no clue, cant take my PC with me after all. I'll prolly get a laptop once I get things going. I do appologize for my absence as an admin in advance, but first time I get a chance to get my life started so I put everything aside and set this as my top priority. That's it for now, I'll make a final post here once I leave.

From what i understand in England there aren't that many nice people But why would you be leaving this place man :O? You have everything you need here! I just assume the situation in Hungary is about the same as down here. (I should be an advisor!) But really best of luck with your new life,also,plenty of internet caffees for you too come visit us sometime
My advice would be move somewhere where the attitude towards "immigrants coming over here and stealing our jobs" is not so prevalent. Not an opinion I hold personally but you may well run into it. The job market isn't that great either (at least where I live), unless you are well qualified to be a chef or something. Best of luck to you though and let us know how you are getting on!
Well basicly the issue here in Hungary is that the government is ruining the country and there's increasing unemployment. Next to that I'm stuck in that vicious circle where "in order to get a job I need experience, but to get experience I need a job". I'm going over to a friend who was in a similar situation, I'm going to Croydon. From what he told me and from what I heard from other hungarians out there, I have pretty much good chaces so long as I speak english and want to work. It isnt my goal in life to live with my mother till she dies while I try to get money from temporary community service jobs, cleaning up shit after people. I'm in a situation where the worst case scenario is that I wont find a job in England... I'm pretty much willing to work as a cleaner in a supermarket cause even that pays much better than what I get in my own country, and this is stated with british prices also taken into account. The saddest part is that Hungary is technically scaring away all the fresh graduates and new work force. Alot of newly graduated doctors leave this country and some smaller towns already have no doctors cause the last one retired and the young fresh graduate left cause he doesnt get paid well enough. Other types of graduates simply dont get a job unless they have connections. Eventually the previous generations will retire and this country wont have any young professionals cause they all left. So far everybody I told here that I'm leaving said "Good plan, if I could/was younger I would too". I know life isnt any better in the west, but I've got nothing to lose.
Where abouts in England you planning on moving too? Just an FYI: Stoke-on-trent is supposed to be the cheapest place to live. Thats about 25mins from me actually haha. EDIT: London... Prices are pretty fucking ridiculous there tbh, if I were you, I'd try and go as north to a major city as possible.
