My Project So Far ;-)

Hey guys

Since alotta ppl have been asking bout my little project, I will post a few pic's even the car ain't finished yet..

Load's of ppl know what I'm talking bout, but for the ppl that dosn't, here is a pic of the car in question, a 1972 Corvette:



Last year we did get it finished a have been driving it alot last summer, but there was smth that I needed to fix .... the old engine that sucked and the shitty looking engine room:



Yea I know it look's kinda shitty right ? ... the cure ... well ... >I have been spending a lotta time , most of last year buying new stuff for this, a m8 has been getting most of the stuff home for me including a new engine

And while the engine was out why not fix the whole shabang too ... a bit of paint can do wonders ... old shite:

Then all we need is a fresh engine in there, even it isn't finished yet it look's kinda nice to me :

I hope that the summer will be nice this year, and I will use some time to find out what I need to fix next year

i did know you where working on that project and a nice car it realy is but damn m8 with that engine now and engine interior its smoking
you are realy doing a nice job fixing that car and making it in to a pearl

VERY nice sniffa! That is really great. I used to have a Lancia Beta Coupé 2000 cabriolet. But it had loads of probs. Since then I have always been worried about the electrics, engine, upholstery, etc falling to bits and creating loads of hassle . But I see that you have had the patience to take care of this one.

Next time I am in DK I will definitely make sure I know where you live before I arrive.

I am a car mechanic and i know how manny hours u have spent on it. but if i see thats pics i think every min is worth it.
what about the preformance?> big plans?

(BTW do u got some bigger pics so i can enjoy them more??)


i had a project myself,....



320i e30 ---> 192hp!!! :evil: ...... but still not enough.....

but just befor the engine swap someone decided to drive in the back of it a make it a compact so my 312hp 3.2 s52 engine never went in it ..

And for the performance, in that department I think that I'm doing ok, the dude that did build the engine for me in the US dynoed it to 469,9 Hp , so for a summer cruser that ain't to shabby , and almost everything in the stering and breaking department is upgraded to better stuff, including new suspension and fiber spring, new alu rims and tires, so it will do ok I guess

Since my wife's camera is in Afganistan with my nephew atm ( I used that 1 for movie-clips ), and my own DSLR can't do that I will try to remember to get the DVD that came with the engine home with me this weekend, so atleast I can post a movie of the dynorun, homemade vids of the car will have to wait til my nephew returns
