    1. Check your computer for Virus Infections. Did you get linked a .scr file to download and open? if so, you are hijacked.

    Anti-Mallware:
    - <a class="postlink" href="http://www.safer-networking.org/dl/" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;">http://www.safer-networking.org/dl/</a> Spybot S&D
    - <a class="postlink" href="http://www.superantispyware.com/download.html" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;">http://www.superantispyware.com/download.html</a> SuperAntiSpyware Free
    - <a class="postlink" href="https://www.malwarebytes.org/products/" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;">https://www.malwarebytes.org/products/</a> Malwarebytes AntiMallware free
(Install, update and run to scan 'm all, none do everything due lack of cooperation between anti-mallware companies)

    Anti-Virus
    - <a class="postlink" href="http://www.avast.com/index" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;">http://www.avast.com/index</a>
Install, update, and let it do a boot-time scan.

    Have a read here: <a class="postlink" href="http://forums.steamrep.com/threads/suggestions-to-secure-your-computer-windows.82604/" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;">http://forums.steamrep.com/threads/sugg ... ows.82604/</a>

And one another thing: stop being stupidly clicking links on whatever ppl link you to. It got you hijacked.

    2. Check your email linked to your steam account, find your latest steam message about activating your computer. There is a link there to "LOCK" your account.
    3. Create a steam support ticket to regain your account: <a class="postlink" href="https://support.steampowered.com/kb_article.php?s=8c829d2c0d91ce5ae0bd0e453416501a&ref=2347-QDFN-4366" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;">https://support.steampowered.com/kb_art ... -QDFN-4366</a>

Do this in THE ORDER ABOVE.
Don't skip, cos if you access your email while malware is running on your computer, you gave them access to your email, then you lose access to your email address. Hmm, maybe paypal linked to it? or other financial sites linked to it? or other important stuff?

    once you're done, read this: <a class="postlink" href="http://forums.steamrep.com/threads/general-e-mail-security-considerations.17308/" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;">http://forums.steamrep.com/threads/gene ... ons.17308/</a>

Well Im confused my account was different and i couldnt access it and when i saw my profile first the inventory was private and then the profile was private no image,no name. Then i tryed to retrive lost account and it didnt work "steam network couldnt respond"
And today i have my profile with its password nothing taken from my inventory or games everything was how i left it.
Then why couldnt i access my account and how was my profile private and then back to viewable to public.
But as soon as i logged in i changed my password and my e-mail.

    - check your trade offers
    - check your inventory history

Can be that steam was down... but often steam client can just logon fine then.
