The spam that was on top (which i just deleted) is purely for the link, popular forums just get spammed with random text and inside the random text there is a url pointing to their website/scam/pills. This is only to serve as makein there site on google get a higher page rank, the more sites link to your site, the higher you get in google ranking too.
