check if fans are actually turning on the vid card or on the motherboard, and that airflow thru the case isn't blocked.

I dont know what "temp1" is, but its too hot. You should use temp readers which are actually of the makers of the motherboard/ graphic card. those would show correct values and show what temperature it actually IS. (if it is an unknown, the temp can be wrong by so many degrees)

You got 2 options I guess, 1 your temperature reader is broken and shuts your pc down when reading to high temperature or your gfx card is broken as a whole (could be diffrent things like broken cooling installatio, use to much power wich overheats your gpu, etc...)
first did you clean your gfx card inside ? airdust cleaner spray or a vacuum-cleaner will do ("I'm just cleaning my room!")
You can always see your correct temps and rpm of the fans in your bios
If you still have warranty (I believe you will (2years)) bring the gfx card back to the store (they will test it) say it overheats when playing games...automatically they will say is you air flow good, dust etc...

might try leaving the side of your case open, mayb the interior gets to hot and blows hot air onto the gpu ( probably not but you never know )
