Finnair, Finland’s largest airline and flag carrier, is offering frequent flyers a new reward – boob jobs. Yep, air miles can now be cashed in for plastic surgery and new knockers will set travellers back 3,180,000 air miles. A facelift at the hands of Finland’s most famous plastic surgeon, Rolf Nordström, would need a few extra flights as it costs 4,640,000 air miles. To sum up and keep things simple, breasts rivaling Pamela Anderson, Jordan or Heidi Montag takes roughly 404 Finnair flights between Helsinki and Hong Kong, or 120 round-trip, business- class flights between Helsinki and New York. It’s all a bit ironic considering the effects high altitudes have been known to have on breast implants, such as pulsations and bubbling.
