Hello guys, teacher asked me if i could write her Essei about Sports in my country. so i did. But i think i have wrote it with some mistakes, so guys. Could you please correct it for me? It can be posted on my school web, and i can really get + rep at my teacher, so please guys.. here is the text : From early childhood we've done sport activities. For example, in preschool children learn basic workout (exercise) with hands, or they jump over the rope. As time passes they grow up and get different interests in sports. For boys its mainly football, or ice hockey. For me it was Airsoft. Girls rather do dancing or gymnastics. Its a wide selection of sports that you're willing to do. Usually we found out what sport we really like, and what sport we're interested in at school. Its a sure thing at school to have a physical education where you do workout, or play sports such as: football, hockey, basketball etc. It also depends on the mood of your PE. teacher. Our school is really nice. We have got sportsmanlike school. We have a large sporting area, that contains three inflatable halls and two basic rooms, one is larger than the other one. We have got a hall full of sand, another one with fake grass and another one with tenis courts. In those two basic rooms we do gymnastics, workout, we do a monkey race or we play football, basketball or floorball. By time we will improve in sports that we really like, and we will maybe sometime get into a national team. Czech republic is really famous at hockey. In 2012 we won third place in the world championship. Our legendary hockey players are : Jaromír Jágr, and goalkeeper Dominik Hašek. Dominik Hašek has won a StanleyCup in year 2009, so does Jaromír Jagr. In athletics Czech republic have won 13+ Golden Medals. Emil Zátopek has become one of the legendary runners of Czech republic, having won 4 golden medals for Czech Republic. Jan Železný won 2 golden medals. But now they're old men. Now we have got Roman Šebrle that represents us at decathlon, He won a golden medal. Barbora Špotáková represents us at spear throwning, and she is has the world record for the furtherest spear throwed in women category, It was 72,28 meters. She also won LOH 2008 in Peking for two times. and LOH 2012 in London. In October 28 2012 our last president Václav Klaus gave her the medal of merit. The most sucessfull year in Athletics for Czech Republic was 1952 when they won 4 golden medals in Helsinki. If you're good at sports and youre making your own career you got to change your diet. You got to change it into some Healthy food, and Water. You also need proteins. Proteins are really important, it increases the growth rate of hair, nails, skin, bones etc. But its main role is to make more enzymes. You can gather proteins by eating these simple things: fish, fresh meat, low-fat milk. You also have to lose weight by eating: potatoes, rice, pasta. Here are our sports described in detail. Soccer: You need a soccer outfit. basically its just a t-shirt, shorts and sport shoes. You will also need a soccer ball. On one side you will need a goal, and one goal on the other side. You will also need a team of people. If you're playing on a huge playground you can play 10 versus 10. But when you're at a small playground you will need to play 5 versus 5 or 2 versus 2. And you will play like for 5 minutes and then you will change with other players. Basketball : You need a basic basketball outfit. Its t-shirt, shorts, and sport shoes. Same as soccer, but not in boots. Boots are different. You will need 2 baskets on two sides. And you will need a team of people for your side, and for ,,enemy'' side . When you're playing basketball you need to follow the basic rules. Rules are : When you want to move, you need to Dribble, When you stop dribbling and you hold ball in your hands, you can't continue dribbling, you got to throw it to nearest player from your team. When you're dribbling you can't Dribble two times with right hand and one time with left arm. When ball bouncess of the playground you got to run for it, and then throw it from side of playground/hall that the ball went to. Hockey : In hockey you will need : hockey-sticks, puck, protectors, and outfit. you will also need two hockey gates on two sides, and team of people on your side and on ,,enemy'' side. Hiom: I do not play any of these sports but i do play Airsoft, which came from Japan. Airsoft is almost the same as paintball, but in airsoft you use real-looking weapons and you do not shoot bullets that contains color, but you shoot plastic bullets. If you want to play Airsoft you will need Goggles. Goggles are very important if you dont want to lose your eye. Playing without Goggles is up to you. You will also need Soldier outfit, tunic camo 95. and trousers camo 95. and good Boots. For your guys it will be Digital camo ;-). You can play Airsoft in alot of spots. You can't play when there are normal people passing by. So the best spot for airsoft are woods, or abandoned, forggoten buildings where you can play. There are few deffirent modes in Airsoft. Team deathmatch - you got to eliminate ,,enemy'' team. Capture flag - you got to grab the flag and run to your base. If you get shot while running with flag to your base, you got to leave the flag on the ground where you got shot.
