How can one turn a phrase into a link, while posting in the forums? e.g. Turning the "Click Me:" into clickable text that will take you to the assigned website. I search on how to do it but they all resulted in "<a href="URL">text</a>". Which I think is how to do in a website's source. :doubt:

That is not enabled by default, hence the URL tag. You can also check "Do not automatically parse URLs" in the editing screen, to disable this behaviour for your post and give the URL tag some use again.
There's uses beyond merely creating a link, namely something like this. (That is, adding a named anchor.)
