i like it... just be sure to add enough space to the sides there... i know that at least i like to run and that spot there isnt a very good place to run off. ( and add some secret little spots :D!)

indeed, give the prop a running chance, and dont forgot, too much obstacles = pyro cant follow.. so its tricky.

looks good^^ although I hope there is going to be some lamps which will support those light bulbs :p

also, you should do those yellow gates a little bit back into the entrance, you can see it coming through the wall.

I only see a wall with 2 gates colliding in it and a bunch of props, not much of a''real'' map to me.
Give some more screenies and finish the map, then we can tell more about it.

in all fairness, props need to blend in, so if you make rails in the middle of a building, you cant really blend in with another railway track. Just saying that it should be consistent, if you build a house , make sure you have a tv in it (which blends in) a giant tree in the middle of it just stands out too much.

hmm... don't really like the interior. it feels a bit empty, not really detailed.
I hope you're going to change the stairs. because they look a bit out of place with the TF2 style.
I mean you could create something like this:

and it would look a bit better.
although your theme is to create a place with stuff in it in which you can change as prop, it does need to feel a little bit in the map. I mean those trees in the background feels a bit out of place, palm trees don't grow on concrete :p maybe create a big hole in the wall where sand and vegetation comes through etc. go wild with your imagination^^

you know what looks wrong on the stairs, it's only 7 or 8 steps. Go count the steps in your own house, it's about double the amount.
