replays saxton turned off

    Replays are turned off on the saxton server, it crashes the server to often and its all related to replays. However the other servers dont seem to have this issue.. so lets hope it stays like that.

    think the replay still needs a lot of work (nice idea on paper but think hard to make it stable)
