RTV not working on dodgeball

    RTV did not work when i just joined the server... maps as aquarium where going on while no voting was being done.

    very annoying when your on a bad map. Has the update broken them or is it something else?

    well, rtv seems working again, thnx for that....

    but now I saw mini-lags again while there where only 4-6 ppl on.... :S
