    well japanese cook is one of my favorite, maybe the one, but when i see that, i just can say, japanese are juste crazy. Btw i don't think it's really fun, but just amazing :

    For the fish it is no problem,
    it looks realy mean.
    but it is like, when ppl are getting operated, by sucking fat.

    I was a fishspecialist for 2 years, i hope my boss was right about that :)
