Second vsh round

    Sometimes we don't have powers (eg flare gun jump, large jump with Mantreads) in the second round (first vsh round, after the first normal). Could you fix it?

    It's a known bug. I don't know if it is being worked on or not but for the time being suicide before the round starts and you will get your "powers".

    AFAIK it only effects players who spawn during the "Waiting for players" phase
    I am trying to fix this
