you see this kind of seaanimal really often in a zoo. Its a crap, with a hard shield on his back. its looks like a combination of a crap + rog. They life on beaches and rocks..

 

It's one of the oldest evolutionary forms in existence. Remarkable creatures

Steve Irwin (not Erwin) was killed by a ray, yes...but that thing is definately not a ray

It's "Triops longicaudatus" (or some other Triops species) as I said earlier. A living fossil that apparently are pretty common near America and Asia. Those things can be ordered via internet if you want one as pet

This one is just damn big.
