    From what professions car the tire came from, physical fitness etc all determine MPH.

    depends on:
    - distance between the cars
    - direction the cars drive
    - Are we calculating the front bumpers passing each, or the back bumper of the passing car vs the front bumper of the passed car(in case of same direction) and if in opposite direction, the front bumpers passing or the back bumpers passing, or the front bumper vs the back bumper, and of which car in that case?
    - if back/front bumper measured, how long are the cars, and from what point on the car is the above distance between measured.
