if you see the intro you see some connections to the movie, like: "i will not wait 20 years to make another movie" i didnt saw the movie, but the whole town is rebuilding.. and what is that monster on bart shoulder (with the many eyes!). and the spider pig is refuring to the movie too!
ya maybe some things from the movie but it dosent spoils the movie itself because thats just to big to tell everything what happend in the movie and eric when you get the change be sure to see it its a great movie greetz wolf_19
