is there seriues somebody useing lunix here and not windows? because i cant seriues not find any reasons why i want linux on my client pc.
I use linux (Ubuntu) on my laptop already and I'm planning to swich 100% if they port css and tf2 to it Linux is so much more fun and userfriendly (Ubuntu is the most userfriendly OS I know) to work with then windows. It also never crashed on my laptop, no BSoD nothing and it's 100% free and open source What more do you want?
my windows xp (1 1/2 year ago installed) never crashes. I think if seen a few screens of death (memory was broken) and i can atleast run all programs!
you can't run all programs There are also programs written for Unix that you can't run an a windows machine I had Vista before and it sucked I couldn't even play a cd or a dvd. With Ubuntu I can do everything I want I even can play css and tf2 on it (but by using WINE (which btw isn't an emulator)) I don't say Linux is the best OS for everyone But it is the best one for me
No you have right Crit, Ubuntu is one of the best OS in the world, developped by a rich sjeik in South-Arabia. But because of mister Gates everyone uses Windows, because he make the people think that Windows is the best and we all know that he is wrong: Windows Vista, BUGS?! But indeed everyone must choose his own OS
Windows can be good... if you use it right ^^ I have got a cracked gamer Windows... They let all the bullshit out for better performance.. never crashed either 8)
