I finished my first ever tough mudder yesterday (won't be my last) and wondered whether anyone else has been through the same ordeal? For those that don't know what it is this is a pretty good explanation because the video was taken yesterday on the same course. http://www.manchestereveningnews.co.uk/ ... er-7768511 It is basically a 12 mile assault course with roughly 20 obstacles, from 12 foot walls to ice tanks, thick mud you lose your shoes in to electric shock wires that put you flat on your face. if anyone is thinking about it then I would massively recommend giving it a go. The teamwork and camaraderie even of total strangers on the course is immense, and the feeling of elation when you reach the finish line and receive your headband is great. Hopefully I'll get some pictures and videos of me up soon.
